Sample of 1. day of the diet:

Day 1:

Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee + 1 lump of sugar.

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + boiled spinach (fresh or frozen) + 1 tomato.

Dinner: 1 large steak (10 oz./250g) + lettuce (as much as you can eat) with virgin olive oil and lemon.
