The ProDiet is a 13-day diet, where you - if you follow the diet step by step - will loose weight and improve your metabolism, in order for you not to gain weight again.

The ProDiet Plan is not a traditional diet. It works by increasing the body's metabolism and ability to burn calories through intake of large portions of fat-free and protein rich foodstuffs. This physiological change helps maintain weight loss after the diet program is completed.

The ProDiet is designed for persons who are more than 20 pounds over their desired weight.

The ProDiet lasts for 13 full days.

Will power and determination are required to complete it.

The ProDiet changes your metabolic rate making it easier for you to burn calories. After completion of the 13-day program you can eat normally (see the notes below).

With strict adherence to the ProDiet, it is possible to lose up to 30 pounds.

The diet must be followed to the letter without deviation for 13 days. Neither more nor less.

The diet should be suspended immediately if broken. Even the consumption of a single glass of beer, wine or soft drink, candy or a piece of gum will ruin its effectiveness. If suspension occurs after six days, you can begin the ProDiet again after six months - not before.

If suspension occurs before six days, you can begin the ProDiet again after three months - not before.

Upon successful completion of the ProDiet, you should not under any circumstances try the diet again for at least 2 years. After 2 years, you may try the diet again if necessary.

Because of the rigidity of the diet, it is advisable to decline dinner and other social invitations during the 13-day period.

  • During the course of the ProDiet, your stomach becomes accustomed to less and more fat-free food. If you begin to eat high-fat, high calorie foods immediately after completing the ProDiet, your newly increased metabolic rate will quickly normalize and it will be easier for you to start gaining weight again

  • To maintain the weight loss achieved after the diet, ProDiet recommends that you continue eating smaller and fewer portions, and keep an eye on the fat content of your food.
